Your time sheet is by far the most important document you need as without it you cannot get paid. It needs to be filled in correctly (making sure that you include dates, starting-time, lunch-break, finishing time and total amount of hours) and signed by your supervisor. Please remember that if your time sheet has not been signed by the company, we cannot pay you your salary.
If you have not worked a full hour you should round off the number of minutes actually worked to the nearest quarter (i.e. 8 hrs 40 minutes is actually 8.75 hrs).
Every Friday a copy of your time sheet should be faxed to our office, at the latest on Monday morning before 12 noon. Should your time sheet be received after this time you will be paid out the following week. The original time sheet should be split, with the white copy (original) being posted to Undutchables, the yellow copy should be given to the company and the blue copy is for you. Salaries are paid every Friday via banks transfer and generally are in your account on the next day. Your payslips are posted to your home address with a new time sheet on Friday.

Please let us know when your temporary assignment is finished by writing this on your last timesheet. We can then pay out whatever remaining reserves you have accumulated. It is also a good idea to send any outstanding travel expenses that are owed to you.
