Since 1996 Undutchables have been recruiting for international companies. If you are looking for a native speaker to fulfil a vacancy in your company you have come to the right address.
We have several ways of placing candidates. The choice is up to you. Of course, we will advise you which is the best method in every single case.
All recruitment is done on a ‘no cure, no pay’ basis.
We can support you with the following activities:
Temporary Contract
A temporary contract is a contract via Undutchables for a minimum period of 520 working hours (3 months full-time).
After 520 hours have been worked, you may offer the candidate a company contract.
Of course it is possible to have a candidate work for you, via Undutchables, for a longer period of time.
Recruitment
When choosing a Recruitment contract the candidate commences employment on a company contract and Undutchables is paid a finder’s fee.
Undutchables will pre-select, interview and test the best international candidate(s) for you.
Executive Recruitment
As a recruitment company specialised in native speakers, Undutchables can assist you in your search for the perfect international executive. Executive candidates have a highly professional profile and a salary level from
£50,000 p.a. They have varied backgrounds and, in common with all our other candidates, have a native language other than English. They all speak English fluently.
We are conducting an extensive selection process designed to provide you with the best possible executive candidates.
The employer, together with one of our specially trained executive consultants, draws up a detailed job profile. Then, by conducting an active search of our extensive database, or by placing (web) advertisements, suitable candidates are found.
Moreover, with our comprehensive international network, we are able to extend our search even further.
These candidates are intensively screened by an executive recruiter, who interviews the candidate(s) at length and tests them with our SHL personality test. Language poses no barrier - Undutchables provide the test in more than 20 languages, so the resulting profile can be trusted. Language ability will be tested as well.
For potential candidates who you would like to interview, meetings will be arranged. Lastly, Undutchables will finalise all details of the recruitment, and assist in the contract negotiation, should that be required. We’ll also make an evaluation towards the end of the trial period to ensure that the best employee has indeed been found.
Contract Placement
A Contract Placement agreement is a contract via Undutchables for a fixed period of time, for a minimum of 4 months. During this period we are responsible for the salary administration, which includes pension and holidays. The company will guarantee work for the candidate for a fixed period of time and the candidate cannot leave within this fixed period.
Contract placement can be a perfect solution to cover a project, for example. At the end of this contract, the client may offer the candidate a company contract, or renew the contract with Undutchables twice more.
Outplacement support
In times of economic strain, or when an employee no longer fits in with the company, contracts may need to be terminated. In the Netherlands, this can be a long and difficult procedure. Outplacement support can be a better option.
Undutchables outplacement support assists clients and employees by finding new job opportunities in the most professional and decent way. The aim is to make reorganisation or restructuring less problematic for all parties involved.

Undutchables is capable of extensively testing and will help your employees with finding job opportunities and with their preparation for, and evaluation of, interviews.
Assesments in the native language
The recruitment consultants at Undutchables are skilled and trained to select the right candidates by screening CV’s and conducting interviews. Undutchables offers the possibility to improve the selection procedure by having candidates do personality and ability tests.
These tests, from the SHL group, are unique as they are available in more than 20 languages. We can test the candidate in his or her native language to get the most reliable results.
The following tests are available:
OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) :
This extensive personality questionnaire will give you an in-depth overview of the personality of a candidate, specifically in a work environment. By questioning and analysing 32 different personality dimensions, this test gives a reliable insight into the three most important character traits: relations with people, intellect, and feelings & emotions.
The OPQ test is part of the selection procedure for Executive Recruitment candidates.
CCSQ (Customer Contact Styles Questionnaire) :
This personality questionnaire tests those abilities needed in customer and sales-oriented jobs. It gives an overview of the potential strengths and points of attention of the candidate in these environments (16 important dimensions are used). We would recommend this test for account managers, customer service representatives or call centre staff.
Ability tests :
The ability tests indicate the skills and aptitudes of a candidate in terms of verbal reasoning, technical knowledge or numerical understanding. These tests cover varying levels of difficulty and are an asset when you are looking for people such as editors, accountants or program designers.
The specially trained consultants (assessors) of Undutchables will make a report based on the test results and on an extensive interview with the candidate. With the permission of the candidate, this report will be presented to the client.

Cultural Counseling
International business inevitably requires dealing with a variety of nationalities. Different languages as well as different cultural backgrounds can make business negotiations difficult and can pose challenges for internal teambuilding. Imagine missing out on a major sales deal because you are not aware of cultural differences! By knowing the specific habits and sensitivities of the nationalities you are dealing with, you will have the upper hand in intercultural communication.
Cultural Counseling enhances the performance of your workforce through better understanding and mastery of cultural issues. Raising your company’s awareness of how culture impacts the work place is not a matter of knowing a few simple communication “tricks”.
