How we work
Undutchables works for you...
Undutchables personnel all seek a professional office job with prospects - one that will suit their education, experience and interests. They are (native) speakers of a language other than English, and they all speak English fluently because this is often the main language used within international companies. If you recognise yourself in this profile, then Undutchables has the network - and the expertise - to find you the job you want.

All jobs are office-based in internationally operating companies within the UK, covering all levels of company structure. Most of our vacancies are for full-time and long-term positions. A company can choose to hire you directly (direct contract), on the basis of a temporary contract (temping) or on the basis of a contract for a fixed period of time (contracting).

Q: How do I register?
A: Just fill in your personal details and attach a clear, professional CV on http://flexweb.undutchables.nl/. To help us find exactly the job you want, you should also include the following:
• the kind of work you would prefer to do
• how far you are prepared to travel
• when you are available
• if you have a valid work and residence permits
• your salary expectations

Q: Can I register while I’m still living outside the Netherlands?
A: Yes, we can register you while you are still living in another country. However, most of our jobs are for immediate placement and we cannot start a job search until you know the definite date of your relocation. You also have to be able to come over for interviews when a company would like to see you.
Q: How soon can I get a job?
A: Unfortunately, that is very difficult for us to answer. Success depends on a number of factors, including the prevailing situation in the Dutch employment market, on your work experience and language abilities, and on how much effort you put into writing a good, professional CV.
Q: Can I register with other Undutchables offices?
A: Not neccesary! Undutchables has a centralized database, so all offices either in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Amstelveen or Amsterdam, can see your CV. Though, it is useful to put in your application letter in which area of the Netherlands you would be willing to work.
Q: What types of jobs do you offer?
A: All our jobs are office-based, at internationally operating companies in the Netherlands. Covering all levels of the company structure, most are permanent, full-time positions. Examples of your most relevant work experience are required for:
• jobs for which your native language is required, plus any other languages, (always including English)
• jobs in which you will have a lot of contact with countries outside the Netherlands.
• we concentrate on office related jobs from entry level positions through managerial level functions. These include administrative, commercial, financial, logistics, and IT positions. For jobs other than office related jobs, we can give you advice as where to turn to.
• our jobs are mostly for permanent or on project-base. We seldom have student jobs, part-time positions or holiday jobs. We do however have contacts with other agencies who might be able to help you with those kind of positions.
