Having discussed the position and confirmed that you would like to be introduced, you will be asked to sit our SHL personality and capacity tests. Language poses no barrier - Undutchables provide the tests in 16 languages, so the resulting profile can be trusted.  Language ability can be tested as well. The results are discussed with you and, only with your prior permission, do we send the profile to the company.

If desired, Undutchables can be present during your interview with the company. Lastly, Undutchables will finalise all details once the perfect position has been found. We will then evaluate both you and the company towards the end of the trial period to ensure that the best employee has the right job.
